Step 1: Open WordPress website link and click Switch Site link.

Step 2: We click a ADD NEW SITE link on left bottom of the page.

Step 3: Here we click Start Now button.

Step 4: We Create a Domain Name like “ your-doamin-name.WordPress.com ” and Select first one because it is free.

Step 5: Here we pick a plan Click Start with Free first one.

Step 6: This is your Portfolio Admin Panel.
